Never mind the orange card, what about sin bins?

There's always some debate around the game about a player not deserving to be sent of but a yellow card is too lenient. Well how about introducing sin-bins into football. They work well in Rugby League and they are a fair punishment for the fouling players team. 10 minutes off the pitch would make things very interesting and force managers to have more tactics up their sleeve. Making diving a sin-binning offence would be brilliant. |
